So you are shipping bikes?! How? What will my Brilliant look like when it arrives?
It will look gorgeous, just inside a large box. The box will weigh about 40 pounds and be 52" x 29" x 9" and you'll need to do some basic assembly before you can take your spiffy new ride for a spin. You'll find lots of information on assembly here and by searching this FAQ for any particular questions that come up. If you need help beyond all this, drop a line to hello@brilliant.co
