I know this seems crazy, but my front wheel is actually too large for the bike. What's going on?

This is one of the most common head-banging issues with assembling our bikes, so if you find yourself scratching your cabesa, wondering if we sent you a wheel from our top-secret monster bike, check it: 

Your front fork is 180 degrees spun around. 

Yup, that simple. Look at your bike from the side and compare what you see to the images on our website. The fork (the part that holds the front wheel) should be curving just a bit forward from the rest of the frame, not swooping back. 

Loosen the bolt on the top of the quil (not sooooo much that the piece at the bottom falls into the frame), spin the fork, tighten it back down. Now your wheel will fit, we promise.
